June 3rd~ Centsable Shoppin Sheryl

So, those in the coupon world would definitely know who Sheryl is. She's the coupon guru! Once a week I teach students how to coupon and Sheryl is one of my go to blogs. She's amazing and she does soooo much work!! With her husband overseas, she's home pregnant with her 3rd child, I don't know how she juggles everything. I thought I was a busy bee!

June 3rd~ Gee

I met G at a 1 hour workshop class hosted by Jake Johnson, a photog in Maricopa over a year ago. We stayed in touch through email. She booked this shoot with me and when we chatted, I found out that she's Filipina like me!! Yay! It's rare to really meet Filipinos out here in the desert, so it's very refreshing when I do.

Tiffany and I were in dance class together back in high school! We reconnected right after our 10 year high school reunion. I was very happy to do her family pics!

Phoenix Fashion Week~ Talking Stick Resort

Anything Phoenix Fashion Week-related is going to be a fun time! This week I just joined the media team and am soooo ridiculously ecstatic about it!! What a dream of mine to be surrounded by artists who all have the same passion for fashion!

This was the first Shop Garment District event they had. Tons of vendors, prizes and beverages to go around! Models posed on boxes wearing great pieces by the designers! This was a very packed night!

I took a trip out to Maricopa (my old home of 5 years) to capture family photos of the Ruiz crew. What beautiful kids they have and very sweet!

May 14th~ Fashion Fantastico

In the great City of Avondale was an awesome runway show that consisted of models wearing "Wearable Art". The first of its kind in the whole State of Arizona! It was a huge success and I'm sure will remain to be years on.

May 7th~ Hailey turns 2!!

One of my VIP clients, Jasmine brought her little Hailey in for 2 year pics! Hailey is not too far from my Vina's age. Whenever Jasmine comes over, she brings a suitcase full of goodies for Hailey to wear and put on. My daughters LOVE when she books a shoot with me. They know it's dress up time and they usually get snacks. For their first birthday, we took pics of them together, so naturally we took pics of Vina & Hailey together for their 2nd birthday.
